I actually purchased the Keurig B30 mini model and I like the convenience, however, I can't use the My K Cup in this model (too small). I purchased it to try the coffee and see what the Keurig was like because I had seen some of the same complaints about malfunctions about Keurig in general. So, I purchased mine at Sears with the Product Protection Plan which allows me to exchange it if it malfunctions within 2 years. I agree with you though that I would like to adjust the flavor, but for now I just use less water and make two cups to make it stronger :)

Hope you find a machine soon!

I had the BOSCH tassimo and so did my mother in law. They both 'broke' within a year. Apparently my friends and sister-in-law purchased the BRAUN tassimo systems prior to the BOSH models and have never had any problems. One sales clerk even told me not to waste my time buying the bosh model. Forget about trying to send it back to the mfg - it's just a huge hassle . I wish Keurig would come up with a model that would allow the user to adjust the intensity of the drink like the tassimo does (by holding down the manual water button). I am still researching the 'My K cup" holder that will allow you to use any ground coffee, but from the blogs I have read the tassimo has the best flavour. I am trying to find a BRAUN tassimo online to buy from ebay, but most shipping to Canada is about $50 bucks. Sounds like there is just no pleasing me from this post but I am sure I'll figure out an acceptable solution before my Timmy's budget goes through the roof!

I"ve tried Gevalia too, but wasn't impressed with the taste of the coffee. I've had better coffees that are less expensive without the autoship commitment.

i prefer Gevalia..it is popular NOT only because of the sensational taste and flavor that their coffee varieties have. What made this coffee club and manufacturer a crowd favorite is the fact that you could get wonderful deals and services that you won’t find anywhere else.
http://gevaliacoffeeclub.net

I have the Keurig coffee system. I saw it for the first time this Christmas, and have since purchased one for myself! It's abosolutely great! The machine is very easy to use, the clean-up is a non-issue, and the coffee variety is unbeliveable. I purchased my machine from Costco, and it came with 90 K-cups to try. If you don't have (or run out) of the K-cups, you can also use your own regular brand of coffee. I love it, and will continue to try new flavours until I find the ones I like the best. If you are looking for a single cup coffee system, Keurig is a great investment!
