50lbs in 20 weeks seems ambitious – it's doable if you workout at a hard intensity and start doing 2 a day workouts – 1 in the am and one in the evening. Are you eating 6 small meals/day? That will also help. Good luck and keep up the good work!

WooHoo on 1.2# down! That's awesome! I like Billy Blanks TaeBo DVD's. And, Tracey Mallet's DVD's look good. I'm using Netflix to try out different ones.
