You will just need us to help guide you in the right direction. The weight will come off, but the weight won&#039;t be important to you anymore..it&#039;ll be about the lifestyle. 		<description>Congrats on the 2.5 pounds.  That is pretty remarkable for as little preparation as you said you had.  I am glad you are realizing the healthy mom/healthy family connection.  It is a great motivator.  In time it will also simply feel like a rush for you to be as healthy as you can be for yourself.
